What it covers
If a block cracks, warps or stops holding together in normal use, we replace it free of charge.
What it doesn't cover
Natural properties of wood (colour change, fine surface checks), mechanical damage, incorrect assembly, and damage to retaining walls built without drainage.
How to claim
Email info@gardenblocks.lv with your order number and a photo of the faulty block. We reply within 1 business day.
This warranty does not limit a consumer's statutory right to claim for non-conforming goods within 2 years.
