Orders

You place an order in the gardenblocks.lv cart and pay on Shopify's secure checkout page. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email.

Prices

Prices are in euros and are the final prices for the goods. Delivery is calculated separately and shown before you pay.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the distance contract rules. The procedure is described on the Delivery and returns page.

Warranty and claims

Goods carry a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. Claims for non-conformity can be made within 2 years by writing to info@gardenblocks.lv. We first try to settle disputes by agreement; consumers can also contact Latvia's Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv).
