Retaining walls

A wooden retaining wall holds soil on a slope, creates terraces and divides a garden into zones. A GardenBlocks wall is built from pine blocks without concrete or tools, row by row up to full height. It is modular: extend it, step the height, or rebuild it later. Behind a retaining wall we recommend gravel and landscape fabric drainage to relieve water pressure and make the timber last longer.
