What we process
Data you submit in forms or orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, comments and attached files.
Why
To answer requests and fulfil orders (contract), to keep the site secure (legitimate interest) and, if you agree, to analyse site use (consent).
Cookies
The site itself only uses browser storage for your cart and language choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are used unless you agree. The checkout page is run by Shopify, which uses its own necessary cookies.
Who we share with
Only processors needed to operate: Shopify (shop and payments), Cloudflare (hosting), FormSubmit (delivers form messages to our inbox). They act under contract.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires (up to 5 years). Requests are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to info@gardenblocks.lv. You can complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
