Delivery and returns
We deliver flat-packed from Jelgava to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Delivery price
In Jelgava: free.
Elsewhere in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia: €10 base fee + €0.30 per kilometre of driving distance from Jelgava.
Example: Riga, about 45 km → €10 + 45 × €0.30 ≈ €23.50.
You see the exact price before you pay. For large orders we include delivery in the quote.
Delivery time
We agree the delivery time with you after we receive the order.
14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.
How to return
- Send a notice to info@gardenblocks.lv (you can use the form below).
- Return the goods within 14 days of your notice to Bāra ceļš 10A, Jelgava.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method.
The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.
Exception
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the buyer's individual specifications. The warranty still applies to them.
